Untitled? That is the question.
If you're on a quest for world domination, like myself, you would know you have to climb the "LADDER OF POWER" (i made that name up). ALSO, if your quest means to do this through talent & self taught skills, like myself, then you would know every move you make is being watched & criticized & you must be very assertive & optimistic... Very.
In order to progress, you have to achieve & succeed to the next step. In my quest, for example, my motivation isn't the money. The MONEY NEVER SLEEPS. It'll always be there. Especially in this country. Of course I want money, its a necessity, but NEVER let the money run your goals or plans otherwise your greed & problems, from fast money, will weigh your ass down. We all know what happens to a person who weighs too much trying to climb a ladder- cant pull your own weight!
Whats the motivation? The next TITLE. Its the "co-sign" to your brand, the co-sign to your reputation. Its the proof you're progressing. The proof you're reaching out. I mean, that's what i think. I mean, no matter what your current "title" is now, we all feel like we progressed when we reach a new "title". For instance, a rapper known for just freestyling gladly accepts the title as an artist once he's drops an official mixtape. The more achievements they make, the more labels are put onto his name. These labels are all titles given to him by the people informed of his name. Without these labels, his name has no brand. If he never gets labeled or branded by a title, he remains the freestlye rapper and will eventually feel no progression. Same way for anyone within any Industry. A promoter doesn't just want to be known as "the promoter". They want the "best Halloween party" label and the "best dressed" labels. Sure, they're not exactly titles but without these labels, his brand name is just average.
Which brings me to another point within the Music Industry: People who claim their own titles. Titles can NOT be taken. They are given. Just like taking credit for something you had nothing to do with, you cant take a title no one else gives you, otherwise its pointless. You haven't progressed if you take what's not yours. You cant take shit from the grocery store without paying for it? Otherwise, its stealing. That's a bad "label", right? Your title is "theif". So you cant take a job title without "paying" for it with your hard work. Otherwise its stealing and your name is stained with that bad title. Some muthafuckas don't get that.
Guys who call themselves a CEO but have no company, no partners, no affiliates, etc. Just because you have an entourage doesn't give you the right to fool others within this industry with your "CEO" title and you have no credentials or facts to back it up. or like guys who call themselves a Producer but cant even mix a track down. (Shout out to Manifest on that example lol). Then we got females who call themselves PR's or Managers but don't even know what their duty is as a PR or even what it means and it makes the real PR's look bad and that client looses trust in the title of any PR b/c of that one PR who didn't do their job. Or the Manager that gave the artist false hopes and fake dreams just to say she has artists and next thing you know, that artist looses trust in the title of a manager and no longer wants one to advise them. You cant take titles unless they are given and if you give yourself a title make sure you can fulfill it and back it up.
In conclusion, you can be average if you want and trust anyone you want but, the fact remains if you're on a real quest for "world domination" then you make sure you get your titles, get your labels and get your credit for what you have done. Just like everyone on these social sites saying they a pioneer. JUST BECAUSE you been in the Industry a long time, does not make you a pioneer. That title has to be given to you. You have to have made a difference, started new trends, created a brand for your name. It doesn't matter how much money you spent, how many mud ducks you've fucked or how many famous people you've worked with. its the numbers and the facts that matter. The NUMBER OF PEOPLE who consider you a pioneer and the FACTS ON YOUR RESUME. Ive been doing what i do for shit, like 8 years. Thats a long time. Im not a pioneer until Ive branded my name so well that it has a good reputation and my money speaks for it. If you have a bad reputation- SOMEWHERE down the line you fucked up your title. You fucked up your label. SO you CANT be a pioneer.
Titles lead to progression. Progression leads to a heavy fan base and successful exposure. Which eventually will lead to being a pioneer but only if you have a positive image. Even Scarface wasn't considered a pioneer, he was just considered infamous. There's a difference.
Smile, i love u too. You thought it- i just said it for you... xoxoxxx

FANTASIA: TYPICALLY HONEST
I know u think I'm going to bash Fantasia and take sides with the media. Fuck no. I title it "typically honest" b/c not only has Fantasia kept it real to the industry since this 'scandal", she's our typical American story of a black woman in America. Love it or hate it, its the truth. She's STILL and American Idol. What she's going through, we ALL have been through or know someone who has.
By now we all now the basics. They met at a cell phone store, been seeing each other for 2 years and dude ended up not really being separated and now his wife trying sue, then one night fantasia decided to try and "sleep off the pain" on an overdose of aspirin and sleeping pills. We all keep talking bout her like she did something new. Like we havent seen this shit before. Like she's the 1st entertainer to do it. You know what the big problem is, and why its such a big deal in her case? She was white america's American Idol finalist. Oh no. They dont want an idol to be too real. You guys let the faggot dude do his little gay thing and still let him keep his title so why should we take her title away just because she got caught up in a typical mistress relationship. I think she was setup if u ask me. How convenient the dude and his wife back together adn now they tryna sue. Sue for what? He a cheater. The fact is this shit happens to everyone. Every black woman in America has experienced a similar situation or has a friend who has.
I support Fantasia not only b/c of her grind to get where she is but also b/c she's from NC and she put High Point on the map. She represented for the "little cities". I also support her because I'm one of those black women who has gotten caught in in a black man's affection so much I didn't care what strings were attached. In her case, he was still married. In my case, been there done that. So I fuckin feel her damn pain. Now-- I will say that I think it was a dumb and immature move she made in that closet. In no way have I ever felt my only last choice was to take a bottle of pills. So I cant take up for her on that. Sorry Fantasia, you had a "snapped" moment. I do, however, can understand why you might do something like that if you were THAT badly stressed. I mean, she got the whole damn nation talkin bout her. Sometimes you just wanna sleep away the pain instead of crying yourself to sleep. So with that said, I have had a spell of taking sleeping pills (AS DIRECTED ONLY) during my stress full times. Just never wanted to take a whole bottle. Never wanted to die. Im on a mission of world domination. lol
Black women already go through so much and its sad that there are so many of us that run into insecure and immature black men who are so lost within themselves that they drag us into their sad world with them. The point is, we don't KNOW the whole story. If you've never loved someone, you cant relate. I wonder how similar Fantasia and I story really is. I met a guy, I liked him. I found out after 2 months of dating he was still married and also found that out 5 days after my birthday. Did I stop talking to him? Lol. No. Why? I liked him. Liked everything about him. Went through 1 year and half of drama until I finally just stopped calling him, changed my number and never turned back. I'm sure her reasoning's for continuing to talk to dude was similar. She liked him. No matter how many songs she sung and wrote about heartbreak and bad love, she took a chance and what the heart wants, the heart wants.
Everybody wants to say "all that money she got this" and "all the fame she got that". It doesn't matter how much money or fame a person has. She's still a human being. if I'm not fuckin mistaken didn't Alicia Keys do the same shit? Only Alicia Keys isn't an "American Idol" and even worse Alicia got a kid from it. No one's bashing her character.
Fantasia got caught up. Point blank. All she can do is fuckin learn from it and move on best way she can. Maybe he made her more happy than she had ever been since all the shit she'd been through. Maybe their zodiac signs were compatible so their relationship was also a friendship. Maybe he gave great foot rubs. Maybe the sex was great. Maybe it was his smile. Whatever it was, she liked it enough for it to last 2 years. I bet she had more than 1 time where she told herself to "get out". Its just sad that the last time she told herself that she thought she would take a bottle of pills. She kept it real tho. She tells the media, "I knew exactly what I was doing. You can't accidentally take a whole bottle of pills." You cant tell me this chick is real. She couldve just stayed quiet and died out. This chick was raped at age 14, had an unexpected pregnancy at 17, had an abusive relationship with an ex, then bankruptcy issues and also has a health crisis (polyps on her vocal cords). The media don't wanna talk about the American Idol and her REAL problems, they wanna talk about the her and her fling with the guy with the good dick and a smile.
My opinion: she doesn't have the problem, the wife has the problem. Her husband cheated on her for 2 years straight with a celebrity. Instead of moving on and being mad at him, she just want to sue. Are you serious? I wish I was with a dude and he embarrasses me by cheating on me with an American Idol star for 2 damn years. Me, personally, if a guy doesn't want me, its on to the next one. I'm going to keep it real and tell u how I feel about u and if it doesn't go no where, oh well. At least I kept it real. And I wish I would've did all that and it end up good enough that we get MARRIED and have a child and you cheat on me so bad that the whole nation knows--- I'm not gonna be worried bout no damn money. I know some of yall are like "Tia, you dont have no kids so you dont know" or "Tia, you cant say that until you've been married". Boy bye. Cheating is cheating. You're single until you're married and i strongly believe that, so if i get married and u cheat, its my cue to move on. The wife is suing you all. And the dude got back with her. He done got a lil Fantasia wet set for 2 years and now just gonna leave her. NO WONDER Fantasia just wanted to die. That shits embarrassing. She prob felt played like BB King's guitar.
Tuesday night at 9pm she's supposed to be VH1 and I'm going watch it. You should too. This article is for all the chicks that got played by a dude at least once because he couldn't keep it real from the beginning. Its called playing with a woman's emotions. Playing with her heart. You scorn a woman's heart and the next man has to deal with that woman's trust issues. Guys wanna complain about a woman not trusting them and having attitudes and playing hard to get. Stop blaming us and blame your homeboy with the 10 girlfriends and 3 baby mommas. Fantasia, keep ya head up. Throw the damn bottles away and rep for NC. I swear if you had really died that would've been the worst shit ever. You survived because it wasn't your time to die. God gave u this second chance now use it and drop a hot ass album bout the dude. Use your anger to vent in a song dammit!!!

Its not you, It ME...
In case you havent noticed, I havent been live as usual in the Facebook world. I recently had a fallout and sort of broke it off with Facebook.
See, what had happened was... Facebook tried to lie on me. He started believing in rumors, he say- she say, all sorts of nonsense. You cant have a healty relati0nship with0ut trust and Facebook did not believe in who i was and what i was saying- literally. I dont know if it was because i had too much going on or b/c i was gettin more attention than him. I really dont have any closure. But i do know, im going public. lol
I woke up in the morning and there he was beside me, as always, at the tap of my screen he was there. I continued throughout my day after our regular "text in the morning" and shit, i thought since we had no problems, that there wasnt any problems... Next thing i know, this muthafucka took all his shit and left my house before evening hit.
Like any female, naturally i was heatbroken and full of anger. If Facebook had a car, i wouldve broke the windows out his car. I know it wouldnt have mended my broken heart but shit, i wouldve felt better. I mean, who was Facebook to say it was over without discussing with me? If i had to choose an ethnic of Facebook, i'd say he was a white guy. Cause a black guy know better than to do that- especially to me, AN ARIES!! lol First people i told were 2 of my bestest friends/business partners. Made them angry as well. How dare he just leave me without a note...
I thought too soon b/c late that night he sent me an email. What kind of a man breaks up with his girl in a email. Facebook ought to be shamed of himself!! Talkin bout "its not you, its me" and somebody said i wasnt who he thought i was.
We went through 2 emails until he clashed with my ego. He told me to prove myself if i want him back. Prove myself? Do you NOT know who i am? I dont prove myself to nobody. If you dont like me or if you dont want me, like Fantasia said "go ahead and free yourself" (SHOUT OUT TO FANTASIA!!). I dont prove myself to know one but God and sure as hell will not to Facebook.
Ive been having this little fling with his twin on another account but its just not the same. I dont have the same attention like my old acct. So the main squeeze has been Twitter. Yes yall. A guy named Twitter. He's tall, low cut, broad shoulders and sexy font. Easier and gives more attention that i could ever get.
The million dollar question, is if Facebook tries to come back into my life, will i take him back and leave Twitter or will i just cheat on Twitter? Cause i dont wanna be a player no more, but whichever gets me more attention, gets my goodies. lmao

Caroline: Daughter of Hip Hop.
We see and read it all the time. "Hip Hop lives in the South". Im not from nor ever been to New York but I hear that they also think that the state of Hip Hop is having a fling down here and hasn't went home yet. Now this article will be in a metaphorically speaking form, at times, so please keep your mind open wide so I cant splash all it in... pause.
Broken down, Hip Hop originally started having flings with the South in the late 80's probably around the same time he was seeing the West Coast. Its been down with the South since stocking caps and waves, real talk. You see, Hip Hop is a playa. He loves his music and he loves creativity but he like something new every once in a while. From what i remember, he made a kid first in mamcita Miami, Florida. 2 live Crew, if im not mistaken. At that time I lived in Italy and I remember it was one of the 1st albums I saw when we got back to the states and I was forever blinded by the view of the ass of 4 women. Lol. It was alot of controversy but it soon played out and put Florida on the map. Now we got Rick Ross holdin the title. Hip Hop left then for Tennesse like it was check out time, but he has at least went back. He always goes back to mami Florida.
He put out Arrested Developement in Tennesse, which I knew every word to "Tennessee". Put them on the map and showed the world he didnt just have controversal, sexual aspirations. To this day Tennesse, the state, is still gettin it in with Three 6 Mafia holdin it down. Already, he gave the industry a taste of nastiness, then some educational flows and quickly went to the infamous Atl where he dropped the Outkast seed. Now hip Hop must love him some Georgia Peaches b/c there is so much going on for Hip Hop there STILL! I think Atl is his main chick. She always has the best down here. I mean besides the Aquemini album, we still got Outkast bumpin on our radios to this day along with artists such as T.I and Jeezy holdin the titles.
Im teachin yall some real shit right now. Now if you really up on your Hip Hop history, you'll remember where he went next. See, i didnt research none of this. Southern Hip Hop grew up with me. Im an 80's baby but grew up in the 90's. Dont get me wrong, I love the classic Hip Hop frm up top but aint nothin like the creativity he raised down south. His next seed was his baby girl New Orleans. Didnt love her as much as Brooklyn, but she brought us 2 of the best indie labels. No Limit and Cash Money. My middle school days. Say what! Still got my Mystikal albums too- in mint condition. The N.O still going strong and now one of the Top 5- by the way, FREE LIL WAYNE.
Off top of my head some other spots Hip Hop laid his hat was St. Louis, Missouri (Nelly), Houston, Texas (Scarface and The Geto Boys, DJ Screw (RIP)), I even gotta mention Virginia Beach, Virginia (Missy Elliott, Timbaland, and The Neptunes). Anyways, the point of me timelining Hip Hops biggest flings was because he has a few seeds with some issues. One in particular is where i and may of you reside, North Carolina aka "Caroline".
Caroline has issues. Emotional issues. We've had some succesful artists. All R&B singers who sing of heart breaks and bad relationships. Sunshine Anderson, Anthony Hamilton, Fantasia are the main ones that come to my head. I love these artists, but they're not Hip Hop. Caroline does break top artists, but just not Hip Hop approved. She had it for a few years with Petey Pablo, but it just wasn't enough emotional connection to get him to stay with her. Yall know the story. Although, according to my research, the internet states two different stories. One site said he was from Greenville, NC. Wikipedia said he was from Raleigh but also lived in Pasquotank. Even the internet got confused about Petey's location. One thing i will give him props for and i admire him for, is that his 1st 2 albums were rated Gold Certified and had his "Freek A Leak" single go Gold single. He also made #1 on the charts as a feature with Ciara on "Goodies". His bio may be confusing but the numbers dont lie, and somewhere down the line Caroline couldnt hold on to him for leaving her.
To this very day, Caroline has struggled to get another artist to top Hip Hops's lists. Yea, we got J. Cole signed to Roc Nation but from my research he's #93 in on the US charts with the "Who Dat" single and #19 on US Rap Charts. Im a J. Cole supporting adn only hoping his album gets the best production possible to get him on the Billboard. Regardless, there's this problem going on with her thats keeping her from producing Chart Topping artists. Its like she's scared of messing up- again. The Music Industry in North Carolina has so much going on but the front liners are soo emotionally unstable. We're at a point of doing nothing productive but venting and finger pointing.
This brings me to POINT OUT all the random blaming, finger pointing, and gossiping ive been observing. The past 2 months within the online community alone everybody is starting to vent about their issues with the industry. Its funny b/c ive always ranted and raved about the problems i see and i just get a laugh or pat on the back but now its gettin ridiculous. Last Article I wrote was about one of the craziest "venting moments" in the underground scene. It seems to always be the ones who have been doing their job the longest venting on Facebook like they met Dr. Phil and he told them to release their tension for publicity. You just look immature and ignorant. Times change, you either go with the flow of the river or you boat tips over. Once your boat tips over, you only have one choice but to swim to shore and build another boat and get back in it. Otherwise, just sit on the river banks and shut the fuck up.
I think that all this bullshit is redundant. We waste so much time tryna find out what went wrong in the past, what was done to us in the past and what we did or didnt do in the past that we fuckin up the future cause we aint doing it for the future. Nobody cares about nobody but themselves and these are the same people claiming their own credit and the first ones to mention a movement. Hip Hop's history in the south has always had some sort of contraversy. Hip Hop stays moving. If we cant organize and straighten up soon, we're going to miss out. From the 2 Live Crew who took their artistic battles to the courtroom to Lil Boosie facing hard charges for murder at the height of his career, the south always has had its problems within Hip Hop. The point is why does NC have to have it worse of all. In my opinion.
In conclusion, Hip Hop didnt just come to live in the south. Hip Hop grew up and had some kids and this 1 particular daughter, North Carolina aka "Caroline", cant get her mind right. The bitch is like bipolar or something and each of her personalities have big egos fighting each other for no damn reason.
Its been 2 decades with only 1 success in the past 10 years. We watching J. Cole and I can only hope this state gets it shit together before hip Hop never comes back to vistit.
Fuck what you think, everyone has a leading roll. Get you ass off your shoulders, swallow your pride, and do it for Hip Hop. Even if you think you've got the best team around, if your team isnt reaching out and being the bigger person to join hands and sing kumbaya then fuck you. LMAO
Muah! XoXo
