Chad Johnson @OchoCinco released by MIA after arrest for headbutting @EvelynLozada!!! She found condom receipts!!!

**UPDATE** Chad Johnson's bond was set at $2500 earlier today (8/12) and was released from jail after posting it. Unfortunately, The Miami Dolphins have decided to release Chad Johnson before the season starts due to this latest issue.

Chad Johnson, formerly Ocho Cinco, was arrested Saturday night on a domestic violence charge, a misdemeanor. His new wife, Evelyn Lozada, accused him of head-butting her while arguing in the driveway of their home outside Miami. This according to Miami-Davie police Capt. Dale Engle said.

Lozada, of VH1's "Basketball Wives" fame, was treated for a cut to her forehead. The two have only been married for a month, a week and a day. They were married on July 4th after a highly publicized relationship thanks to reality tv and tabloid.

The 34-year-old Johnson changed his last name back to Johnson from Ochocinco after marrying Evelyn Lozada. The name change was to signify a return to who was being himself and being happy. He will be held in Broward County Jail until he can appear before a judge Monday morning.

Chad Johnson's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, declined to comment.

Johnson and Lozada were apart of the first episode of HBO's "Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Miami Dolphins." Dolphins management expressed their displeasure of Johnson's profanity. I'm sure they won't approve of this latest behavior either.

VH1's "Basketball Wives" is filmed in Miami. Lozada used to be the fiancee of NBA player Antoine Walker and dating Johnson has thrust her into pop culture's spot light. Her wedding is supposed to be part of another VH1 reality series that begins in September called, "Eve & Ocho."

The argument reported started because Lozada found a receipt for a condom wrapper in Johnson's vehicle. According to Johnson, she leaned in and both their heads hit accidentally. However, Lozada says he leaned in and headbutted her on purpose.
